It was WELL worth coming over from the island to purchase a new Q5 from Audi Vancouver! No happy with the customer service, response time, and overall experience. I have purchased a car close to 100K and I would expect that the staff there would be much more willing to address concerns that overall experience. I have purchased a car close to 100K and I would expect that the staff there would be much more willing to address concerns that I brought up to their attention. Instead, it feel like I am dealing with a grocery store where no one cares if the apple I purchased was bruised. I still do not understand why this dealership is not able to actually offer decent if not good customer experience. And I am not talking about just one employee, but I am writing this review after dealing with a few employees at this dealership! More
