Trying to get the staff to respond to emails or to actually resolve the issue is like pulling teeth. They rarely respond and you need to constantly follow up. This has resulted in a dent in credit rating and a massive waste of time in the past year just to get a vehicle. Lots of disorganization and unprofessionalism within the team, the reps blame and complain about each other’s incompetence to you. More

I therefore shopped and just bought a new Audi for thousands less than the offer from Audi Barrie.
