I’m happy with the diagnostic abilities of Audi Barrie’s service department. I think this is one of the most important qualities to have in a professional; mechanic, doctor, lawyer, etc. I have a 2012 di service department. I think this is one of the most important qualities to have in a professional; mechanic, doctor, lawyer, etc. I have a 2012 diesel Q7 that had a DEF fluid problem that was incorrectly diagnosed at another Audi dealer who recommended a $1,500 “solution” that didn’t make sense. I talked to Richard in Service who had a different opinion based on his experience which made much more sense so I towed it up to Barrie. They looked at it. The problem was as Richard expected and it was fixed under warranty. I don’t know whether the work recommended by the other dealer would have even fixed the problem. Richard’s experience saved me $1,500 and maybe more! I’ve never met him, but I’m happy with his ability. So the work someone doesn’t do can be as important as what they do. More
