My transaction was quite complex: purchased a used vehicle out of province, including trade in. On the finance side, I worked with Aaron Hawkins who was also incredibly helpful; responsible and thorough in all communications. There were many details to be addressed in this transaction; Campbell and Aaron worked as a great team to solve all complexities, always happy to assist. So great. When I received the vehicle, there was a relatively small issue with a suspension component. The local dealer was willing to assist but, once again, the team at Audi Barrie: Aaron, Paul Ceranovic and Ryan Dermott rose to the occasion and put relationship ahead of dollars. I was remarkably well looked after by the Audi Barrie team and highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase - even if out of province! More
