ABSOLUTE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! I decided to try this dealership because they had the best selection of trucks on their site and the google review looked half decent. But wow was I incredibly disappointed. I took the day off to visit Arthur Dodge in my hunt for a new Heavy Duty Ram. I made it very clear multiple times that I’ve done my homework, I’ve built my truck multiple times and I was already very aware of prices. All I wanted to do was take a couple trucks for road tests to weigh in on a few options. I ended up speaking with their so called “Truck Master”. Not only did he insist on building my truck online but he also criticized every option I picked. Then to top it off he stumbled through the build as if he’d never optioned a truck before, and after taking forever he tells me he had no trucks that fit my options he still gave me a price!! I mentioned the trucks I saw online and he said they aren’t actually at the dealer. Then takes me out to a truck that had one option I was looking for, and when I asked to drive it? No, we don’t allow road tests! I insisted I was a serious buyer and that is when I was told I’ll have plenty of time to drive the truck when I own it. So thanks for wasting my time Truck Master, I didn’t need those almost 2 hours of my day.

Don't waste your time. I went in to look at a Jeep Compass. Drove over an hour away. The site states very friendly and negotiatable. Once there, Bob the sales associate refused to negotiate on the price of the car. Max he would give off was $400 (should I laugh now or later). Told me if I don't want to spend the money the car isn't for me. Bob started nice but is a complete dick if he doesn't get a sale. Bob also refused to take the price I wanted to his boss. I was asking for $2,000 off the Compass as Auto Trader stated it was priced as $2,000 over fair market value. Long story short. I ended up buying a Blue Jeep compass limited addition at Milton Chrysler. The Compass was already $4,000 cheaper. Saved me money. Go see Joe there

This dealership Arthur / Mount Forest is a joke ! Try booking warranty work. You will get the standard OH we are booked for two week routine. The lady working in the service department has the personality of a brick and should not be working in customer service at all. If you complain about having to wait two weeks she tells you that you can always go to another dealer ! That's about the smartest advise you can take from them because other dealers are happy to take on warranty work as oppose to these clowns. The longest I had to wait to get my truck in at other dealers (Hanover) was three days. Most of the time it was just a day or two. They are more than happy to help with the problems. Wish I bought the truck off them. I try to support local so I bought off Mount Forest that by the way does no warranty work at there dealership Never Again ! Do yourself a favor and don't buy a vehicle from these guys because if you do buy a Chrysler product you will need warranty work and this is the last place you want to waste your time with. They were more than happy to take my $53000 for a truck but than could not be bothered to address problems with it. Nothing like being told to wait two weeks every time you have problems with a new truck. Do not waste your hard earned money with this dealership.

Although friendly, Gary ignored my wife. I forced introductions. Price negotiation went well. We were close. After 3 hours in his office and with many interuptions by others, phone calls, and smoke breaks we had still not identified any specific vehicles that were available with the options that we wanted. He insisted we purchase a 6 speed and described the 8 speed ram as being a poor towing vehicle and not the way to go because of excessive shifting. We have purchased a 2013 ram 8 speed with exactly what we wanted in it which Gary said wasn't available within 3,000 km. We purchased a few options and had the vehicle serviced and out the door the same day in 5 hours. We have just gotten home and towed our trailer up and down a lot of hills for 4 hours. It was perfect. Glad we stuck to our original thought about purchasing an 8 speed. I have purchased 3 vehicles from you in the past, never again.

I had a problem with a 3 day old Jeep that I bought at another dealership (two hours away) and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a few hours, after I had walked in with no appointment. I had already been to another dealership closer to home, but they didn't have time for me and told me I should contact the dealership I bought it from. Friendly, great service. They are my new service dealership!
