Excellent service with economical pricing Went in to have the 160k service done on my 2013 Explorer. I explained to Scott that the selling dealer had put cheap brake parts on to push the vehic Went in to have the 160k service done on my 2013 Explorer. I explained to Scott that the selling dealer had put cheap brake parts on to push the vehicle through the safety inspection. My expectation was that the pads and rotors would need to be done on the front and back of the vehicle. The technician that inspected the vehicle agreed with the front brakes but found the rears to be within spec. Scott actually convinced me to hold off on replacing the back brakes. On another note, I found pricing of the Motorcraft parts to be very reasonable and in line with jobber pricing on premium level parts. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my Honda dealer. More
