I’ve been going to this dealership for 6 years and this past visit was disappointing. I was scheduled in for a service which was supposed to gr a basic oil change and charged almost $250.00 for it. I needed some recommended work on my car which I did agree to have completed and upon pick up saw a “hidden fee” and was told that this “additional charge” was because of the work I had done. Let me start by saying I have never written a review before this one. Normally a review is written because someone is very happy with their experience or very upset. I recently bought a vehicle from Airport. I was generally happy with my purchase except for a couple of issues. There were a couple of minor issues and one major issue. The sales person I was dealing with was Dave Kerr (What a clown he turned out to be). Once the transaction was made it didn't matter how many times I reached out to him he would never respond in any way. I'm sure he was hoping I would just go away. This is probably his normal course of action. Very unprofessional. He said at one point that he had to talk too his boss when he finally did respond, his boss' name is Jim. Once again that never happened and he never got back to me so I reached out once again to Dave. He then sent Jim's phone number to me and told me to contact him. Which I did and Jim never returned my message (Once again very unprofessional). This was fast becoming a pattern. I finally had to contact the owner to get some sort of satisfaction. One of the three issues has been resolved and this has taken months to happen. Still waiting on the other two issues. It's sad that I feel compelled to write this review but I was treated very badly by Dave Kerr (Bonehead) and his idiot boss Jim. More
