When the weather warmed and we had heavy rain I had water pouring in through the roof and down through the A pillar grab handles.. Scott handled the first repair and went to great lengths to correct this new problem as quickly and effectively as possible. The reason for only 4 stars is that I had the door lock recall completed at this time as well and the technician failed to check that his work was done correctly and left the left side rear window unable to close completely. This was corrected promptly but should have been noticed by the technician. More

I had already been to a few Ford dealerships in the area and did not have a positive experience at any of them. I knew exactly what I wanted and although we had a few obstacles to overcome - from financing and to actually locating a vehicle that I was particularly looking for, I had a great experience the whole way through. Libby, who helped with my credit application tried many different options to ensure I could get qualified for what I was wanting to buy and although I had a few requests that were non negotiable on my end of things, John never gave up on trying to find me EXACTLY what I wanted. I never felt pressured to bend in order to settle for a vehicle that I did not want.
