Ford Customer Care is Horrible. I bought my mothers Ford Fiesta off here and realized right away there was problem with the transmission. After being serviced at Airport Ford from ne I bought my mothers Ford Fiesta off here and realized right away there was problem with the transmission. After being serviced at Airport Ford from new I was very surprised nothing was done about the problems. The service department knew about the recalls and transmission problems with this model but did nothing about them on this car. Now the car has only about 40000 kms but the warranty time is over. They took advantage of an elderly lady because they could get away with it, this is unconscionable for a dealership to ignore known problems with a vehicle and make it unsafe because the owner is elderly. The dealership now refuses to take responsibility and we had to pay $1000.00 to get it fixed. Very disappointed with Ford and this Dealership. Never buy a Ford!!!! Dave B... More

Scott handled the first repair and went to great lengths to correct this new problem as quickly and effectively as possible. The reason for only 4 stars is that I had the door lock recall completed at this time as well and the technician failed to check that his work was done correctly and left the left side rear window unable to close completely. This was corrected promptly but should have been noticed by the technician. More

I had already been to a few Ford dealerships in the area and did not have a positive experience at any of them. I knew exactly what I wanted and although we had a few obstacles to overcome - from financing and to actually locating a vehicle that I was particularly looking for, I had a great experience the whole way through. Libby, who helped with my credit application tried many different options to ensure I could get qualified for what I was wanting to buy and although I had a few requests that were non negotiable on my end of things, John never gave up on trying to find me EXACTLY what I wanted. I never felt pressured to bend in order to settle for a vehicle that I did not want. Driving off the lot in my dream vehicle was an amazing experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a FORD. Thank you Airport Ford! More
