And while waiting just a few minutes while service advisor spoke with another truck owner we were able to pick up a tip from that conversation. More

Also the addition of options which map to personal needs further enhances the experiences vs. a you need everything approach. Given that this is my second purchase at Airport Ford it also goes a long way knowing the service staff are also excellent....adding more confidence to the equation. I will say that the Sales Manager was a little dry and a smile would go long way. I would also suggest a more professional dress code for some of the sales staff as an overall feel.
