If there were a star for zero I would have chosen it. Poor service, and a mgr who was rude to me during 1 visit because I would not wear a mask as I have a restriction. From faulty electronics, a sunroof that has needed to be repaired twice and is still not working has forced me to seek another Ford dealership with the hopes that I don't experience similar issues. I was really disappointed in the service here at airport Lincoln . Went in for a recall suppose to take 2/12 hours . Brought the car in at 9:15 am and didn’t get it back until 4:15 pm .
