He worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price that was reasonable. No high pressure involved! Wayne too was spectacular - he organized all the details. All I had to do was come in and drive away. I am a Honda fan no doubt, but the Airdrie Honda experience was phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More

be careful I first went to Honda West but they were unable to locate the van I wanted. The price they offered was $1000. less expensive then the initial price offered by Airdrie Honda. Airdrie Honda did come down to meet this price and said I was offered a deal with Honda West. If you buy a vehicle here you want to shop another dealerships first. They second area of concern was in picking the car up. When I purchased the car I knew it would be a couple of weeks before the car came in. I asked the sales manager Jason if I could give him a personal cheque and have it clear before I picked the vehicle up and he said that would be OK.. In Canada cheques clear in 2 to 5 business days. I wrote the cheque on the 17 and it cleared on the 20th. Brandon the finance/ sales guy insisted I print out my last months bank statement to show the cheque had cleared some 17 days later. Overall I feel this dealership is disrespectful and untrustworthy. More

Disappointed I drove from Edmonton to Airdrie to look at a used vehicle I had a hold deposit on, the appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance. Upon arrival we I drove from Edmonton to Airdrie to look at a used vehicle I had a hold deposit on, the appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance. Upon arrival we had to wait 15 minutes to view the vehicle at which point we were paired with.a different sales representative because the one we were originally dealing with was busy. The rep. who accompanied us quite literally could not answer one question about the vehicle and said he had no idea we were scheduled to see it or they would've cleaned it up better. I felt bad for him as you could tell he just got swept into it last minute and was trying to be helpful. The vehicle was shown to us covered in dust and what appeared to be rust spots - later these were explained as railroad dust from the delivery - this made it difficult to properly look for any scratches, dents etc. I made an offer on the vehicle a couple times within $2000 of the total list price and the sales team didn't even bother to counter offer. It was my first time negotiating with a dealership and I left feeling like I wasted a lot of time genuinely trying to make a sale. Good points: will do hold deposit, friendly, not pushy. Bad points: unorganized, lack of preparation, didn't seem like they wanted to earn my business, couldn't make a deal. I'm sad to see the vehicle has sold however I'll be just fine working with a different dealership! More

We found the car on the website, contacted the dealership and Mike Fry got back to us right away to answer any initial questions we had and to set up a time to go see it. At the dealership we met Grace Kerr who took us on a test drive of the car. She was willing to answer all the questions we asked but didn’t hesitate to admit when she wasn’t sure. She didn’t pressure us to cut the test drive short and allowed us to keep the car out until we were satisfied. Her happy and positive attitude made the experience very easy and stress free. She was a pleasure to deal with. Upon delivery of the vehicle Ian Wong took my daughter and went from bumper to bumper making sure she understood where everything was and how everything worked. Again, we were never rushed and he was only satisfied once all our questions were answered. This is our third vehicle from Airdrie Honda and we have never been disappointed with our treatment. From the buying process to all the subsequent service appointments, we have always been treated honestly and respectfully. I would not hesitate to deal with Mike or Grace again in the future and would definitely recommend Airdrie Honda. More

We were given the run-around about how much they would be willing to give us for our trade in. We were encouraged to come back in a few days once we'd looked at some other vehicles and they would talk to us about numbers more at that time. Well, we did look at some other vehicles and ended up purchasing one two days later from a different dealership. Will not visit this dealership again. More

Wasted Time & Insulted I saw a vehicle on the website and drove out to see it. Unfortunately unforeseen mechanical issues did not permit, which was fine, it happens. However I was asked to wait as a vehicle might be coming in that could be of interest to me. Brad and Par were pretty excited about the vehicle. When it was approved I made an appointment to see the car in a few days. I then get a call the following day, Par informing me that the vehicle was going to some other employee's friend because they thought the friend would like the vehicle. What a waste of my time. They get me excited about a car and then decide, after saying I can see it, that I cannot? Worse, I am told by Par that he will contact me later, with news, and I have not been contacted since by this dealership. I was absolutely livid. At least now I know it is only friends of employees who matter to this dealership. Would not recommend buying a car from them. More
