Par the finance manager is such a good down to earth fellow as well and he made it a positive experience when finalizing the deal. We even had good conversations about completely other stuff other than the deal made it so real. From upper management to the whole team on the floor everyone treated us so well. I had been thinking of a new vehicle for a while and thought I would take advantage of the March Madness Sales event to check them out. Dustin helped walk me through the different SUV options, set me up with a test drive and then sold me on a new CR-V. Igal was there to walk me through things on the finance side and answered all the questions I had before picking up my new vehicle. When picking up the vehicle, it was just off the show room floor and looked fabulous. They walked me through the tech and helped get it setup for my preferences. Dishonest dealership- read all the negative reviews before proceeding. They are pretty accurate to my experience. Along with all the amazing associates in between such as Harp (an honest and trustworthy man that brings people together) along with Pete (a man with a great accent) Ryan (who knows how to make you laugh) and the receptionist Lily (who always has a lovely smile on her face). All of these beautiful humans made this task of purchasing a new vehicle, an absolute pleasure and a breeze. All these traits are rare to find in other humans let alone all at a dealership lol. When stepping into the dealership, you really felt a sense of belonging. All the associates worked together as a team to make magic happen.
