Great Experience! I received a call from the dealership asking me to come in to speak with them about my interest rate as I was paying higher than I should (first appla I received a call from the dealership asking me to come in to speak with them about my interest rate as I was paying higher than I should (first applause). My husband and I popped in on the following Saturday and met with the finance team (Luq, Clark, Adam) and our salesman, TG Pawlak. Right from the second he introduced himself, we knew we were in good hands (second applause). He was friendly, funny and put us as ease instantly. The dealership was having a trade-up event and TG proposed upgrading our 2014 Cherokee to a 2016. Badda-boom, badda-bing. We left that day with a lower interest rate, lower monthly payments, AND a 2016 Cherokee. It was a piece of cake. The entire team were exceptional to work with (third applause). The customer service didn't stop once I picked up my new vehicle, I had a couple questions and called TG on Sunday (dealership closed)! He was even more kind and helpful (encore! encore!) We'd recommend the dealership and TG in a heartbeat.
