POOR SERVICE! WISH WAS AN OPTION TO SELECT NEGATIVE STARS! Unless you brought your car from them don't bothering taking it here, they don't want your business because you didn't use them for your purchase. Back ground on this option, have engine warning light on 2014 Jeep SRT, book appointment, drop car off after sitting around for 6hrs, they say the only SRT certified mechanic is too busy to look at my vehicle. Clearly walk out very annoyed, as I did book an appointment, not just a drop off where i understand is first come first server. Try to book it in again spoke with a lady in the service department named Piper, explain the 6hr wait and wanted to make sure that we could pick a time and day where this one and apparently only SRT certified mechanic could fix my Jeep. She said she didn't even know who this mechanic was and would have to check into this and said she would have to call me back and not really surprising never did. Would also point out this poor level of service never happened when I owned a Journey that I purchased from them. Must have be a loyal "purchasing" customer to get proper treatment from the staff at Airdire Dodge!! More

Now in 2016 and since my previous buying experience was so positive, I decided to return to Airdrie Chrysler to trade in the RAM for an SUV. This time Jim Prizeman was my salesman. He too, had terrific product knowledge and made negotiations easy to arrive at a deal. Luq Mirza handled the financing. He was very knowledgeable and put together a couple financing package so that we could choose the one that works best for us.
