Back ground on this option, have engine warning light on 2014 Jeep SRT, book appointment, drop car off after sitting around for 6hrs, they say the only SRT certified mechanic is too busy to look at my vehicle. Clearly walk out very annoyed, as I did book an appointment, not just a drop off where i understand is first come first server. Try to book it in again spoke with a lady in the service department named Piper, explain the 6hr wait and wanted to make sure that we could pick a time and day where this one and apparently only SRT certified mechanic could fix my Jeep. She said she didn't even know who this mechanic was and would have to check into this and said she would have to call me back and not really surprising never did. Would also point out this poor level of service never happened when I owned a Journey that I purchased from them. Must have be a loyal "purchasing" customer to get proper treatment from the staff at Airdire Dodge!! More

Dealership Rocks I like driving new vehicles ( one of my few indulgences). The problem with most dealerships I have dealt with is that I always feel it is me who has t I like driving new vehicles ( one of my few indulgences). The problem with most dealerships I have dealt with is that I always feel it is me who has to take the hit to get a deal done. This has been going on for forty years until today. I left the Airdrie dealership very happy with the price of the new vehicle, the financing, and the value for the trade. The is the first time I believe that the whole experience was fair to both parties. The energy of this place was really quite amazing. Sales staff really care about the customer and are not arrogant or patronizing. That is a first for me. If you want a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep I would highly recommend trying this dealership first. it will save you a lot of time and money. Doug More

2016 Dodge diesel truck purchase I went shopping for a new truck and went to another Dodge dealership in Calgary and the experience was not good. They wouldn't give me a straight answ I went shopping for a new truck and went to another Dodge dealership in Calgary and the experience was not good. They wouldn't give me a straight answer on numbers or amount they would offer for my trade-in. I left frustrated. I decided to go to Airdrie Dodge and I am sure glad I did. I talked with Al Fortini and Zack Mungall and I told them about the experience I just had with the other dealership and that I simply didn't want "the salesman pitch" and wanted to know what truck would suit my budget and what I needed it to do. Those two worked together to get me firm prices I went away from there feeling good but yet was uncertain about my options so I wanted to think about it for a bit. There was no pressure at all, they followed up with a video of the truck but left me to decide. They were able to make me a deal on the truck I always wanted, but didn't think I could have, so I called later that day and said I would take the truck. Luq Mirza explained the financing options and process clearly and answered all my questions. He asked what would work for me, didn't just tell me how it would be. Those three are top notch employees and I'm glad I ran into Al first, and thanks to Al for connecting me with Zack. Give those guys a raise they deserve it! Ken More
