Was invited for a sales event left very frustrated I wasn't looking for a new vehicle but went in to see what it was about. I was interested in a Wrangler I have a 2015 Honda Civic SI that I could trad I wasn't looking for a new vehicle but went in to see what it was about. I was interested in a Wrangler I have a 2015 Honda Civic SI that I could trade in. I was very upfront from the beginning about what I could spend for a monthly payment. We were there for two hours while they crunched numbers and finally went for a test drive. Showed me a great vehicle and I asked if it was within my range didn't really get a straight answer. Then I was told they needed the payout on my car which was too late in the day to get. I agreed to get it and come back Saturday. I called first to give them the payout asked them to crunch numbers and if it was in my range I would come in. They called said they had a jeep in my range what they didn't say until I got there and was about to drive it was that it was $200 above what I said I wanted to pay a month. We spent another hour and a half there being screwed around. All I wanted was for them to be up front and they weren't. I will never ever buy a vehicle from Airdrie Chrysler! More

Well it didn't take long, Steve was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and I was able to make a decision on a new Chrysler 200. Steve McFarlane and finance manager, Luq Mirza, were efficient, professional and very helpful and 24 hours later, I was driving my new Anniversary Edition Chrysler 200 home.
