Surprising! We didn't think that we could afford a brand new vehicle. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan with a great interest rate and zero down. The salesperson, Steve McFarlane was very knowledgable and helpful in every respect. Luz Mirza was the man who guided me through the financing and again very knowledgable and made it very easy. The General Manager Dale Roach was very helpful. I met the service personnel and although I have not visited them yet, I am sure they will be just as wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and in fact I went out of Calgary to deal with them. More

Not happy with service I bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokkee summer of 2014 and was initially happy. Enjoyed the vehicle and had my regular service done at the dealership and I bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokkee summer of 2014 and was initially happy. Enjoyed the vehicle and had my regular service done at the dealership and the kindly would be great at getting me to work while vehicle serviced. When I bought the Jeep I had the dealership install a factory hitch at a cost of about $500. I assumed it would be useful someday to have the hitch. Well this summer, two years after purchasing I finally had reason for the hitch as I rented a travel trailer. But when I went to pick up the trailer the wiring harness didn't have power to various leads. After doing a quick google search I found out that is a common problem with dealer installed factor hitches. One that can rectified by going back to the dealer to have them set the computer so it recognizes the hitch wiring which was likely missed at the original installation. Well though an inconvenience to bring in the vehicle in a panic since I needed to get on my booked vacation the next day, Airdrie Dodge fortunately did have time to do the computer change right away. But what surprised/upset me was the $75 charge. Very poor. Though the reset of the computer should have been done in the original installation they tried to explain it away by saying it was originally set and that I somehow messed with it or it got changed. That made no sense. The vehcle has been on warranty and only Airdrie dodge has serviced the vehicle. Well I wrote a note to them noting my dissatisfaction a few weeks ago, no reply yet. c More

Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful staff! We called & spoke to the Airdrie staff about trading in our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 truck on a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. When we arrived at the dealersh We called & spoke to the Airdrie staff about trading in our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 truck on a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door by Tyson Flaig, our salesman, & Steve Forman, the Service Manager, who looked after all of our needs in a prompt, courteous, friendly manner. When we were ushered into Luq Mirza's, Finance, office, he explained our contact in detail to us & allowed us to increase the payable on delivery so we could garner more air miles. All the staff made us feel that they appreciated our business! More
