Was helped by a gentleman of the name Steve Parsons. He was pleasant and honest to deal with. Financing was much quicker than my expiereinces at other dealers. They were able to get me into the truck a day and a half after my decision to purchase it which was excellent and quick. Great pricing as well. More

Very poor service We are on our second vehicle with airdrie dodge, the purchasing part was very smooth ...friendly and honest , however beyond that not so great. Something has changed with this dealership and not for the better. The service department needs some serious help. Great customer service here from Steve Foreman I had a concerns with my headlight connection as it looked burnt. I dropped by and they fixed it twice. The first time they changed some wiring withou I had a concerns with my headlight connection as it looked burnt. I dropped by and they fixed it twice. The first time they changed some wiring without my consent which was quite confusing to me as to of why they would do that and I was very displeased with the way my situation was dealt with, the second time I dropped my truck off at 10:30am for an appointment I made and they did not call me all day so I ended up callin them back only to be told that everyone had left with everything disassembled and I couldn't pick my truck up until the next day. They had my truck for over 24 hours. I lost money that I had to pay in cab rides that night. Although all of this was very frustrating, Steve Foreman called me back and let me know that he wanted to make my situation better and install the new headlight or change the connection at no charge. Steve's a great guy and has great customer service. He definitely turned the situation around after all. Thanks again More
