Poor Customer Service Over Xmas I purchased a new key for my son for his vehicle. 11 days late I receive a call from him as saying his truck won't start. 150 miles away t Over Xmas I purchased a new key for my son for his vehicle. 11 days late I receive a call from him as saying his truck won't start. 150 miles away totally dead. A tow bill, 2 trips up, power distribution module( used) and finally diagnose a new key is the cause of the issue. I call to find out if there is something they can do transferred 2x and have to repeat my conversation over again and again. There is warranty yes but now another 150 mile trip because I have the original receipt. Lets just say the key is going to be a $1,000.00 key and there was not one I am sorry through out the conversation. I am glad this happened though as I was in the market to purchase another truck and it has narrowed my search to 2 brands only now or maybe just not this dealership but I will take my chances with the other big 2 when is comes to diesels. More
