A hometown neighborly experience. I bought my previous vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler but as I live in Airdrie, the Airdrie dealership is more convenient. And I like how the atmosphere I bought my previous vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler but as I live in Airdrie, the Airdrie dealership is more convenient. Steve, Adam, Chad, Luq and the whole team made the purchase experience of my new vehicle very easy and comfortable. After my initial inquiries a few months ago, I went away and made inquiries at other companies, but ultimately I came back to Steve and Airdrie Dodge because of the customer experience, the pricing, and of course the vehicle that I was ultimately interested in was available for me take home within days! Steve didn't pressure me and let me make the decisions on my own time. And speaking of time, he respected it and let me close the deal when I was ready. When I got the call that my 200 was ready, I got my husband to take me back to the dealership. I told him there was something in the show room he should see. {I could tell he liked it too}. He said " if you can get a good deal, you should get it" and left me there. That's when Jim Prizeman walk up to me. I said" we should crunch some numbers" and the dealing began. After some time of cutting, bending and stretching were they could, Jim and Sean Miles came up with a number I was good with. My heart started to pound, and I called my husband and told him what I was able to get the price to, he was good with it too. Ryan in finance went above and beyond to get the finance in order and keys in my hands at a great rate. They guys in the Accessories Dept we super helpful and friendly with ordering in floor and cargo mats for my new Jeep to keep it looking new longer, and quick to get them ordered in and installed them too.
