We will always refer Jim and from now on we will only buy vehicles from him, our kids will be in the market for vehicles in a few years and we will go where Jim is, he is trustworthy and just a really, really great guy, we enjoyed our time with him. I was thrilled right from the beginning and have continued to always get my service done @ this dealership despite the fact that I live in Chestermere and it's not always convenient. During my last service it was discovered that I needed an HID headlight bulb replaced which was very expensive. Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure it was covered on my warranty so that I did not have to incur the expense. I really appreciated the fact that she was so diligent and willing to help. I will continue to bring my vehicle in as long as I have it and would recommend this dealership without question. More
