Amazing!! We have bought many vehicles but Jim was the absolute best salesperson we have ever dealt with. He looked after our needs and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, even at closing when we picked up the vehicle, he took the time to show me everything about the vehicle, right down to every detail... I have never had this kind of service at any dealership before, only Dodge in Airdrie. We will always refer Jim and from now on we will only buy vehicles from him, our kids will be in the market for vehicles in a few years and we will go where Jim is, he is trustworthy and just a really, really great guy, we enjoyed our time with him. We also would like to say Luq was wonderful and efficient with our financing too, he was also a pleasure to work with....there was a sales manager and an international rep there for the big sale, we are not sure of their names but they also made our experience worth while, thank you to everyone. Service on two vehicles I brought both my wife's and my vehicle to Airdrie dodge for service and was not very happy with the outcome. When I asked to speak to the service man I brought both my wife's and my vehicle to Airdrie dodge for service and was not very happy with the outcome. I was thrilled right from the beginning and have continued to always get my service done @ this dealership despite the fact that I live in Chestermere and it's not always convenient. During my last service it was discovered that I needed an HID headlight bulb replaced which was very expensive. Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure it was covered on my warranty so that I did not have to incur the expense. I really appreciated the fact that she was so diligent and willing to help. I will continue to bring my vehicle in as long as I have it and would recommend this dealership without question. More
