Concerning my latest visit to Airdrie Chrysler, everything I cannot remember having a bad experience there.. Everyone is always polite, friendly and accommodating.. The shuttle service is a great touch and I cannot remember having a bad experience there.. Everyone is always polite, friendly and accommodating.. The shuttle service is a great touch and the drivers are entertaining.. The mechanical work is fine and the parts I've purchased were always the proper ones.. Wish the Chrysler Corporation was as responsible and decent as this dealership, maybe then I'd buy a new Journey. More

Amazing :) I visited a few dealerships when searching for a vehicle and was pretty nervous about it because I have never own a vehicle, nor do I know anything ab I visited a few dealerships when searching for a vehicle and was pretty nervous about it because I have never own a vehicle, nor do I know anything about them really. Ryan was very patient throughout the whole process and took the time to figure what exactly I needed. He wanted to make sure I found a vehicle that not only I needed, but I could also afford. He was more concerned about my needs over making a sale. It took about 2 weeks of missing each other's phone calls before being able to close the sale, and he was great about it! When going through warranties, he showed me the ones he recommended with my budget, along with the others if I really thought I needed them. Ryan was amazing and friendly every time we were there. He even went out of his way to come in on his day off to personally hand the keys over to me. Adam helped me through all the numbers and approval parts of the sale. He was very genuine and fun through out it all. He also had a lot of patience through the process of explaining everything and answering my questions. Adam made sure to that every warranty and such worked good for me and that I was 110% comfortable with the sale. I also just wanted to point out that every time we went to the dealership, we were always greeted and with such big smiles from everyone. It was also nice to come in and have both Ryan and Adam remember exactly who I was and what sale it was without looking it up. You can easily tell that they genuinely care about their customers and that their needs/budget is more important than the sale. Not once did I ever feel pressured throughout the whole sale. They made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about vehicles. I have already recommend them to many people already, I will continue to do so. And in case if you were wondering, I absolutely love my car. :) More

Good place to go Just bought a new minivan there and it was the best experience, I ever had at a car dealership. My husband and I, always know which vehicle we want be Just bought a new minivan there and it was the best experience, I ever had at a car dealership. My husband and I, always know which vehicle we want before we get to the dealership. We went to multiple dealerships and ask for one specific minivan. Airdrie Dodge dealership was the only one that respected our wishes, without trying to sell us something more expensive, that we didn't need, or want. It was so respectful and relaxing. Plus they we're so efficient. Within 1/2 of the time, we had their bottom offer; (and of course it was bitten, because money talks louder then anything else) with all the options of the different monetary payments we could choose from without even asking. Fast,efficient, courteous, respectful and whatever you would want from your car dealership to have, in my opinion they have it. If they stay as good as this forever, I will never go to another one.
