We told them we wanted a grand caravan and there was no trying to get us into something else. Luq and Ryan worked hard with our situation and were able to get us into the van we wanted. They pulled some strings and ensured that there were no surprises (as we had dealt with in the past with other dealerships). Luq was patient with us and went over the financials as many times as I needed (I think it was about 4 times). They were great to deal with and offered us a deal we could not refuse. We will suggest friends and family to visit when looking for a new vehicle. More
