The faith I have in Steve Forman and the Service Team makes it easy for me to continue coming back for my regular service. It was because of this service, that I returned and bought my second jeep in 2016 - a silver grey 4-door. Steve introduced me to Keith who made my purchase an easy one! The happy ending is that I now own 2 jeeps and will faithfully return to Airdrie Chrysler for my regular maintenance not just because of the service, but because of the people! More

Be careful I would definitely not buy another vehicle from this steelership. Knowing what I know now I would never talk monthly payments in negotiations. We started the negotiation talking price of the vehicle and was able to secure a fantastic price but then all of a sudden they started talking monthly payments. I didn't think anything of it till I realized all the money they took off in negotiations happened to reappear into my monthly payments. Ryan the Sales guy is a really nice guy and great to deal with but his manager Ryan is a crook. I tried to go back and discuss all these added costs on my invoice but all he was concerned with is my monthly payments. I've learned a valuable lesson and that is never talk monthly payments, just price. More
