Full discloser is important when buying a new Dodge Caravan. I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Caravan and when buying the extra warranty no mention of cost was available until the day I picked up the van. Well, you can Imagine the sticker shock after getting a bill for $5000.00 dollars. I would have appreciated this up front. My sales lady was awesome but the transparency of warranty products was a pretty gray area If I was given time to think about it. I may have done it differently. When I mentioned it to the sales manager he was not concerned. I deal in a very professional arena at my work so it is important that everybody knows where failure is. So to create a satisfying sales experience is crucial for referrals and repeat customers. I had a great time with John Voong he corrected everything and understood my concerns. In two years I will be buying another Van from my local Dodge dealership in Airdrie Alberta. Kate Malley gets a big high five for her pro sales techniques.
