Started with the website, worked very well, nicely organized and very easy to navigate. Found a car that interested me, sent a quick request using their online feature. Quick response and was able to set an appointment to view the car a few days later. I dealt with TG, who showed me the car and we went for a test drive. All I can say about TG is he is such a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, never rushed me or prompted me, actually felt like I was dealing with someone I have known all my life. TG made up an offer sheet, got a great value on my trade in and the price was exactly where i indicated my comfort level was. Off to see Adam in the finance area. Another great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to, not stressful at all and by rights buying a new car is stressful!. Once Adam presented me with he paperwork to sign, I was blown away by the fact the actual number came in slightly better than I was originally presented, Adam secured for me a great deal in financing. Make a long story short, a few days later I am now the proud owner of a new 300. There is no way buying a car should be this easy but these two gentlemen made it seem that way with very friendly, personalized service. It was Friday evening at 5:45 when I contacted the dealership to see if they could facilitate a vehicle purchase that evening. The secretary didn’t think it was possible & the salesman TG that I had seen briefly the day prior was with another customer. I asked her to have him call me back as I needed a vehicle that evening. As I was calling around inquiring at other dealerships, TG returned my call. He was insistent that he could make it happen & he did!! Thank you so very much to TG, Sean & Luq for staying late on a Friday evening & facilitating our families new van purchase so our little hockey players could stay warm on the way to and from their games on the weekend!! Well, you can Imagine the sticker shock after getting a bill for $5000.00 dollars. I would have appreciated this up front. My sales lady was awesome but the transparency of warranty products was a pretty gray area If I was given time to think about it. I may have done it differently. When I mentioned it to the sales manager he was not concerned. I deal in a very professional arena at my work so it is important that everybody knows where failure is. So to create a satisfying sales experience is crucial for referrals and repeat customers. I had a great time with John Voong he corrected everything and understood my concerns. In two years I will be buying another Van from my local Dodge dealership in Airdrie Alberta. Kate Malley gets a big high five for her pro sales techniques.
