When you need service fast, who do you call? Vanessa!!!!! My Journey"s windshield washer hose crumbled in the minus 30 weather we just had. Then a chinook blew in and the roads got very sloppy. I couldn't safely drive so I called Vanessa and she got me in to have my vehicle repaired fast. She ordered parts, had them installed and I was on my way. Thanks Vanessa!!! At the same time my key fob quit working. I asked Vanessa if I needed to replace it and she sent me to the parts department. Well the gentlemen there took my fob, replaced the battery and I was good to go. And it only took about five minutes!!!!! Thanks guys! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience This vehicle purchase was a bit of a last minute thing, I owned a 300 for 7 years and after having a new one as a rental car a few weeks ago it got me This vehicle purchase was a bit of a last minute thing, I owned a 300 for 7 years and after having a new one as a rental car a few weeks ago it got me thinking.... Started with the website, worked very well, nicely organized and very easy to navigate. Found a car that interested me, sent a quick request using their online feature. Quick response and was able to set an appointment to view the car a few days later. I dealt with TG, who showed me the car and we went for a test drive. All I can say about TG is he is such a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, never rushed me or prompted me, actually felt like I was dealing with someone I have known all my life. TG made up an offer sheet, got a great value on my trade in and the price was exactly where i indicated my comfort level was. Off to see Adam in the finance area. Another great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to, not stressful at all and by rights buying a new car is stressful!. Once Adam presented me with he paperwork to sign, I was blown away by the fact the actual number came in slightly better than I was originally presented, Adam secured for me a great deal in financing. Make a long story short, a few days later I am now the proud owner of a new 300. There is no way buying a car should be this easy but these two gentlemen made it seem that way with very friendly, personalized service.
