Very pleasant and profesional I brought my 2011 Ram1500 in for service on March 16. While it was being serviced I went to the how room to look around. I was introduced to Devon, we I brought my 2011 Ram1500 in for service on March 16. While it was being serviced I went to the how room to look around. I was introduced to Devon, we went to his office to chat. After a short chat and explaining what I would be interested in he said he would be back shortly with a few possible options. He returned within a few minutes with the keys to a 2017 Ram1500 Bighorn which we went out to look at. It was the exact hehicle I was interested in with price tag I could accept. After a short visit with Luc in Finance a payment structure was set up that was acceptable. Luc is another highly respected and profesional person in my opinion. I picked the truck up on Monday March 19.. Devon took the time to get to know me and learn what my needs as a customer are. The solution he came up with was 100% right on which as a customer and consumer I very much appreciate. On March 21 Devon called me just to check in and be sure I was pleased with my purchase and did I have any questions at all. Very appreciated.
