Trip #8 + for repairs.....still not fixed!! Steve Forman never showed for the test drive to go over the numerous issues with my Jeep(he was advised from my case worker with Chrysler Canada). Jeep was there for 5 days and not one of the issues got fixed! The never called to say my jeep was ready to pick up....my case worker called me almost a week later saying to go pick it up. More

Trust factor is shaken Had my truck in for regular service and when I picked it up some change on my dash had been taken.
