We were introduced to the parts manager Darcy Anhorn who was very welcoming and friendly. We will keep this short but all other staff were very friendly and accommodating. But there is always a negative experience, I never got to meet SAM ELLIOT the Dodge Ram spokesperson...not even a poster. LOL More
