If there is a delay in the estimated time of repair I have always received a call stating the reason for the delay. At no time has the cost of repair ever exceeded the estimated cost. On many occasions the cost of repair has been lower than estimated. If additional work is required above what was expected, I am always contacted to approve the repairs prior to the work being done. The most recent work I had done was warranty work. The jeep required extensive transmission repairs. There was no delay by Jemahl in obtaining a rental vehicle for my use while the jeep was out of commission. I have dealings both Jason and Jemahl over the years that I have been using Airdrie Chrysler for my vehicle repairs. At all times they have been friendly, informative and professional. My compliments to both of them. I will soon be in the market for a new Dodge Truck. Because of the service I have received at the Airdrie Chrysler service department I will definitely be giving Airdrie Chrysler the first opportunity to sell me the truck I am looking for.
