Hi Ross My dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review you did not share that experience. That is very dissappointng to us and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. Ross I want to review your work order and try and resolve your issues. You stated that we forgot to put in the friction modifier when we serviced your differential. I reviewed your work order and we did in fact install it. It is on rare occasions that a differential may require more than one container. This was the case for your truck. Unfortunately it is not evident right away and takes a bit of driving before it shows up. Also we are open on Saturdays through our Service Express where we perform regular maintenance services. Had we known we certainly would have put the extra friction modifier in for you. Finally you had a concern with our pricing. Our pricing is a little higher for the following reasons. When we perfrom differential services we remove the covers. We do this so we can inspect the differentials thourghly. We look for any excessive wear in the gear and bearings, we look for any metal in the bottom of the housing which can not be noticed merely performing a minor flush. We are also able to get all of the fluid out and replace with new which can't be done when performing a flush. Finally we purchase the recommended fluid direct from Chrysler Canada that is definitely warranty approved. Even though the store you went to says they are warranty approved I don't know what warranty they are referring to or what fluid they are using. There are a wide variety of options out there and all are not equal in quality or performance. I hope this alleviates your concerns about our work and pricing. If it does we would greatly appreciate you revising our score. If you still feel the same way I wish you many years of worry free driving and hopefully we will see you in our dealership again.

Jemahl Thanks for taking the time to respond to my review. If your service express service is open on Saturday. The person answering the phone on Saturday should know that. I called and explained what was going on with my truck and she told me there was nothing the dealership could do until Monday. I need my truck for work. And waiting until Monday to have it looked at was not an option. l will modify my review. That being said I still feel that a $430.00 difference in pricing is not fair to the consumer.
