After kicking tires for over a year at a few local dealerships like Ford and Chevy I stopped by Airdrie Dodge where I was met by Jim Prizeman. After explaining my financials and wanting out of a not so good loan from BC for a 2007 Hummer H3 which had an amazing amount of miles on it and I wanted to trade in for a newer pick up. Well together with Luq Mirza who established an excellent loan agreement and a payout for the Bad Loan, Jim found me a brand new 2014 Ram 1500. I am very pleased with the truck and have added some accessories to make it mine. I pondered for the last 8 weeks of what to say for this report. So, to sum it all up. I am very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable hard work by Jim and Luq for getting me out of a not so good situation into a new worry free drive in my 2014 Ram 1500. To boot, the service department really exceeded my expectations. They promptly installed all the accessories in about two hours and then explained how everything works on the truck. Very cool. I also have to say that the express lube blew me away. Having already reached over 8 thousand kilometers I dropped in on a Saturday mid morning. They were very busy due to the extreme weather and had a bit of a back log. Upon their recommendation, I went back the next Saturday. My oil change was done within an hour while I went over to the parts department to inquire about some additional accessories. Upon returning to the oil change bay, I was surprised yet again. My warranty book was updated, I got a discount for the oil change and was ready to go. When I got into my truck to leave there was a gift box on the seat. How cool is that? Ask me again. I would like to say Thank You to Brad Styner and his very knowledgable staff. I have been at Airdrie Chrysler numerous times, in search of that "perfect" new vehicle. Last week, after spending time with Keith, we settled our heart an mind on a new Compass. We drove 3 different vehicles and weren't rushed. Our questions were answered.....even the questions we didn't think of asking. The time to do the paperwork was quick and painless. Moving over to the Business Office with Chris, was another effortless experience. There was no jumping through hoops. That goes along way. On the day of our delivery, Keith and Chris had everything ready to go. Putting aside our idle chit chat, the business deal was done in about half an hour. That was papers signed and walk about done.
