Keith was very informative and helpful. He made me feel like a friend and not just a "sale". His knowledge of the product was awesome and I left feeling totally prepared to drive my new Grand Caravan. Jen, in the finance end of thing was also excellent. The made me feel comfortable and not one bit intimidated. I have been to many different dealerships over the past 4 years and Airdrie Dodge was by far the best!! He was very friendly and informative. I could quickly tell he knew everything about the Jeeps I was looking at, due to his prompt and accurate responses. I found him to be honest and transparent in his answers. He asked questions himself to make sure I was choosing the right vehicle for my needs. We discussed a sale, which he did without being pushy or pressurizing me into buying. He made me a great offer on a Jeep, which I accepted. TG might be one of the last genuine salesman out there.. I have worked in the car industry and know a few things about how things work. Unfortunately I know some of the stories about car salesman are true. Y I have worked in the car industry and know a few things about how things work. You will never have to worry about anything like that when dealing with TG!! he was a genuine straight up individual who's main concern was helping you leave in the vehicle you wanted at the best possible price. Tg and myself had talked multiple times on the phone at all sorts of different hours trying to hammer out the best deal possible (late in the evening, early in the morning, even on his days off). Tg really showed how genuine of an individual he was when he put another salesman name, beside his own on the sales sheet (my old salesman from the new side) to share a piece of the commission. When i had picked up my truck I had noticed there was a little ding on the drivers side, Tg had that dent fixed and within 48 hrs of driving the truck off the lot. He really is the man!! Long story short TG is your best choice when looking for a new or used vehicle!!!! Thanks for a great experience TG More

The folks at Airdrie Dodge have been extremely helpful and courteous. I have been impressed by the fact that they are actually there to help when other dealers (in my experience) have often disputed warranty claims. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I would recommend dealing with Jason Banks for used car sales and Jason Savoie, Susan Hein, or Dave Claughton for service.
