Unbelievable I was working with Steve Parsons who worked his butt off to get me a fantastic deal on a brand new truck. Brought in a truck from an outside dealer, I was working with Steve Parsons who worked his butt off to get me a fantastic deal on a brand new truck. Brought in a truck from an outside dealer, spent almost two weeks getting a deal closed. I had a signed purchase agreement with a paid deposit on a $75,000 truck. I asked for a handful of accessories to be added before closing a deal and this is where things went to crap. After nearly a week of waiting they told me they were unable to get them and that I should buy inferior products because, as it turns out, they get a good markup on the them. The items I wanted they couldn't do a dealer markup, even though the items were readily available from companies with offices in Calgary, so they refused to even try to accomodate me and instead they put on the hard press to buy their stuff. When I balked at buying items of inferior quality for my brand new $75,000 truck I was told by Eric Mody, the new car sales manager, "It's not worth it to us to spend any more time on this deal". The new car manager told me that, after spending two weeks getting my dream truck put together, driving it down from the north and finding the financing that I wanted, that they weren't willing to spend another hour setting up a dealer account with the accessory place to make sure that my $75,000 truck was just like I wanted it. If a $75,000 deal "isn't worth" their time what is? Just terrible customer service, wasted two weeks of my time and the sales guys time, because their parts department couldn't be bothered to set up an account with a dealer that would have been advertising that truck on their website. Save your time and go to one of the Calgary dealers or a rural dealer. These guys are "no fee" because if you want something other than a vehicle sitting on their lot wearing their junk aftermarket accessories, they are "no service" as well. Update: When following up on this review the general manager, Dale Roach, called to back up his guys. He curtly said they had bent over backwards, weren't making enough money on the deal to continue, and that I could either come buy the truck as it sat or get lost. Said I was a difficult customer and that I had 3 hours to come buy the truck or the deal was off. Save your time and money and find a different dealer. A day after this dealer told me it wasnt worth their time I bought the same truck, with the accessories I wanted, from another dealer at the same price in a matter of hours not days. More

I got a great price on my trade in and he lowered my payments by $60 a month which is huge when you're on a budget. I plan to trade my van in next year and will definitely go back to Luq, wherever he is as he was friendly, couteous, knowledgeable, and accomodating.
