I knew what I wanted, I was given a fair price (based on my fairly extensive beforehand research wit I greatly appreciated the succinct sales process. I knew what I wanted, I was given a fair price (based on my fairly extensive beforehand research with another dealer) and with a little bit of discussion we had an agreement. I was not pressured to up purchase equipment, models or add-ons that I did not want. The delivery process was equally efficient, the vehicle was ready when I arrived and the orientation delivered quickly but completely in respect of a prior appointment that I had to attend to. When I searched the Airdire Ram dealership inventory, I observed that who ever orders the inventory understands trucks as most of the inventory had what I believe to be key mechanical options on the 4X4 models including the on-demand 4WD, Protection Package and limited slip rear differential. This dealership was the only one in the Calgary area that had Ecodiesel Quadcab Big Horn models in inventory so equipped. The Calgary dealership that I have been with for two Jeeps and 10 years appeared to be unwilling to track down a Big Horn for me (or failed to listen to what I wanted) and lost my business as a result. More

He was very knowledgable about the trucks and made sure we saw all the features and knew how they worked. We gave our monthly budget and he worked with us to make sure our new vehicle stayed within this. In addition, the trade-in amount they gave us exceeded our expectations. They took away the stress of us having to sell our vehicle by offering a very competitive price. Another huge plus they are a NO fees dealership! I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel through Steve McFarlane at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and the experience was easy from start to finish, I I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel through Steve McFarlane at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and the experience was easy from start to finish, I could even say enjoyable. Steve was very friendly, helpful and courteous throughout, and answered all my questions in detail. He gave me great advice on which options were worth purchasing, and provided me with a number of tonneau cover options along with video clips on their pros and cons. With the delayed release of the Ecodiesel engine, he gave me regular updates on where things were at as the truck was built and shipped. My only real regret is that I've now moved to Ontario, so I probably won't be able to buy any more vehicles from Steve and Airdrie! However, I'll go out of my way to recommend Steve to friends who are looking for a vehicle. P.S. The Ecodiesel is great! More
