Dodge’s “no fee” policy is what drew me in but it was Sean’s professionalism and charisma that literally sealed the deal. Sean was the 5th salesperson I dealt with in mine and my husband’s search for a truck over a 3 day period. We were in the midst of considering 2 other vehicles when I noticed the no fees policy on Dodge’s website. I was aggravated with the other dealerships additional fees when I sent in an email to Dodge. Although I was ready to negotiate pricing and fees at the other dealerships, Sean called me and we talked about the truck and financing over the phone. Sean was personable, professional and upfront about the vehicle and the pricing. He gave me the information I was looking for and made it easy.
