Exellent Sales and Service I was trying to decide whether to buy a Dodge Ram or a Jeep. Jeffre was very helpful with any and all questions that I had regarding several used Tru I was trying to decide whether to buy a Dodge Ram or a Jeep. He provided an in depth description for each vehicle and why the prices were some what similar. After walking thru the lot he made an appointment to test drive a Dodge Ram and a Jeep Sahara. After taking the Ram for a test drive I pretty much feel in love with it. However I had concerns as to whether or not it would fit in my garage. He then suggested we take it to my home and he would see if it would fit in my garage. I couldn't believe that he was willing to do that for me rather than me doing it with a tape measure. He helped me with the additions that I chose and ensured that he contacted me shortly thereafter if I had any questions or concerns with the vehicle. He has given me contact information to call him anytime if I have any questions at all. I feel I was given excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door and would definitely go back if I was considering purchasing another vehicle in the future. More

Extremely Frienly Salesperson When I went into this dealership I was just looking not anticipating to buy anything yet, there were 2 gentlemen salesmen that initially met me but we When I went into this dealership I was just looking not anticipating to buy anything yet, there were 2 gentlemen salesmen that initially met me but were too busy to give me the time of the day. Terrie-Lynn was more than happy to help me out, she showed me the jeeps that I was interested in looking at but when I realized that they would not work for my needs she happily showed me the Dodge Journey and I fell in love with this unit and immediately made a deal. We found a color I liked and Terrie-Lynn worked to find me the color I was looking for and made it work. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as I had at other dealerships and I definitely was not pressured into purchasing anything, this was the first positive experience I have ever had at an auto dealership.
