I had been looking for a vehicle for weeks, with no success, and was feeling dispirited with the whole ordeal. A disabled single-parent of three, my wish list was huge and my budget was tiny and the other dealers I had spoken with just weren't listening to me at all. TG listened, but did not push and did not try to sell me anything that didn't fit the remit I had given him - a real rarity for a car salesman! Not What We Expected At All! My husband and I wee just out looking at vehicles to replace our older one. TG Pawlak listened to what we both said and found us a few to look at. He even told us of the deal that was on at the moment, all discounts that may be applied to the price and how things would work if we put offer in on one. We chose a new vehicle, something my husband hasn't had in a very long time. Everything was settled in three days and we now have a new Grand Caravan - everyone that has seen it is really impressed with what got for the price we paid. The NO FEES approach was a pleasant difference from the others we looked at. Being told by TG to call if we have any questions or need anything else was unexpected, especially after the sale closed. Great service in the face of adversity I was in to Airdrie Dodge to look at a new vehicle a few weeks ago, not expecting to buy. I ended up taking a Jeep Patriot for a test drive. I liked the way it drove and the price was even better. Later that week there was a hail storm and the vehicles on the lot were damaged... Not what I wanted to hear. But the sales person I delt with, Chyann Coakley, managed to find me the same vehicle at a dealership else where and brought it in for me. The owner of Airdrie Dodge picked it up and drove it down himself. More
