Great service in the face of adversity I was in to Airdrie Dodge to look at a new vehicle a few weeks ago, not expecting to buy. I ended up taking a Jeep Patriot for a test drive. I had looked for a vehicle with the help of my son who is an Jeep owner and loves it, so when a friend mentioned your dealership we decided to give it a try and "voila" it just fit. My only complaint, and its minor, is that there wasn't an owners manual in the vehicle. Since i am a reader to learn type of person (it's an age thing) I was disappointed when I called to ask for one and was told that there were none available but one would be found asap. Also told i could find all the information i needed online but again not my thing. Still don't have one two weeks later. More
