It was a busy day for them, and after our initial comment about just looking, he returned a short time later, as he noticed us still there. We explained our urgent need for a replacement, the vehicle expectations we were thinking about, and he led us right over to what would become our new vehicle. After a test drive, some time to think about things, and a review of "all the goodies", we elected to go ahead with the no pressure, and pleasant personality, that is Jim Prizeman. He attended to all the matters we needed to look after, and worked with us from start to finish to ensure a timely conclusion to our purchase, and some minor items that needed to be attended to. Jim also took the time to introduce us to some of his co-workers,in the various departments we may have some interaction with in the future. His continued follow-up in subsequent days has been a nice touch, and we have been very pleased to work with Jim. Our time in arranging the financing, with Jen Delorme's assistance, was also a pleasant experience - and she attended to matters in a very timely fashion, to our benefit. There were a few minor matters to attend to with the Service Department, and because of the circumstances tied to our residency, commute and work schedule, a very sincere and timely effort was made to accomodate us, and have us on our way. Jason and Vitali are to be thanked for their efforts in this matter. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends, looking for another vehicle. The generally friendly and helpful atmosphere here is a terrific experience in today's largely hurry, hurry world. More

We were actually interested in more than the basic models even coming in but at no time felt any pressure to spend more than our budget. After getting home I measured our garage and was a bit concerned about whether our new truck would fit inside - Ron Ballantyne drove the truck to our home in NW Calgary about an hour later to give us some peace of mind - great service! To top it all off, we feel that the initial offer price given to us for the vehicle was very reasonable and it didn't take much negotiation to get it to the right price. Chris and Clark in business services made the financing arrangements a breeze. It was a very pleasant experience overall. More
