Best Dealership Experience I have ever had I went in looking for a new Chrysler Town and Country for our soon to be growing family and I met with Steve Parsons, who was extremely friendly, info I went in looking for a new Chrysler Town and Country for our soon to be growing family and I met with Steve Parsons, who was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He answered all the questions I had. After doing a search, the dealership did not have the van we were looking for, however, they found one at another dealership in Calgary and was able to secure the transfer to Airdrie Chrysler. Steve was there along every step of the way and did so with a smile. Jen Delorme assisted us with the financing portion of our van purchase and was great as well. We got the van a few days later and Steve was kind enough to follow up with us and see how we were liking our new van purchase. First service Well after my fantastic purchase experience with Sean Miles earlier this year i decided to give the service side a shot for my first oil change. Upon Well after my fantastic purchase experience with Sean Miles earlier this year i decided to give the service side a shot for my first oil change. Upon arrival a very friendly Vitalii greeted and went over the service items a warranty related work that i wanted done. He explained everything they would do in the service and gave me a rough estimate on how long it would be. Since it was going to take the better part of the day, i opted to use their free shuttle service. When the truck was done, the final bill came out to what Vitalii estimated it to be. He went over what was done and the steps going forward since one of the warranty items needed Chrysler canada's approval. There was one minor issue with the service that i had noticed afterwards but after quick chat with the service manager (Dave Claughton) he put my concerns to rest. All in All, it was a great experience and i will be servicing my truck at Airdrie Dodge going forward. More
