Sean Miles was more than happy and willing to put me in the truck that I wanted. He worked attentively towards my budget needs and gave me an awsome price on a Ram 1500. Sean was very friendly, couteous and mannerly. The service didnt stop there, he went above and beyond customer service by taking the time to go over every detail and function of the truck inside and out, it was pretty much a training session as my old truck did not have any of the new technology todays vehicles have. And of course, honesty is the best policy, there are not too many people like Sean left in the world of customer service. Jen Delorme in financing also contibuted to the deal by processing the app in what seemed like the quickest time ever. My experience with Airdrie Dodge was the best in any catergory. I decided to pass on a hail damaged vehicle and shop around. Upon finding a great deal on a brand new Journey from 2 Calgary dealers, I reached out to Airdrie Chrysler again. I ended up dealing with Steve Parsons and expressed my concerns over how pushy and uncommitted the Calgary dealers had been. He quickly took a list of my exact preferences I wanted in a vehicle and in no time found 5 exact matches within Southern Alberta. Keep coming back, I think that tells it all. I first met Terrie-Lynn Geary in 2005 at Airdrie Chrysler. I was in retail therapy mode. I had selected a car but brought my wife up to meet the sales I first met Terrie-Lynn Geary in 2005 at Airdrie Chrysler. I was in retail therapy mode. I had selected a car but brought my wife up to meet the sales person and see the car I was drooling over. It was a red Dodge Charger R/T. Needless to say I bought it. My wife was battling breast cancer at the time and passed away shortly after. Terrie-Lynn had my wife's photo up in her office for the longest time and even donated towards her memorial. Terrie-Lynn was knowledgeable, friendly, never pushy. A great and genuine smile. I had done a ton of research and knew that everything she said about the car was absolutely true. No slick, smooth talking BS speader. Not this woman. She was the polar opposite of the stereotype we all so often equate with vehicle sales persons. And she still is. I came back again and purchased my third vehicle from her. The deal was fair, and she even went to bat for me when I wished to change a couple of things after the paperwork was signed. The dealership didn't balk and Terrie-Lynn in concert with Clark Hamilton, the finance guy, made sure I was happy. The owner of the dealership, I'm sure, realizes what a treasure and an asset "TL" is to the business. Several of my colleagues have found the same experience when they went shopping at Airdrie Chrysler based on my comments about how Terri-Lynn treated me, the customer, and about the dealership staff in general.
