The salesman makes all the difference. I was not thrilled with the idea of going back to this dealership since my first experience was not a positive one. However, they sent me a text messa I was not thrilled with the idea of going back to this dealership since my first experience was not a positive one. However, they sent me a text message of a deal that seemed too good to be true, right when we were in need of a new truck. Our salesman, Jim Prizeman, heard me sharing my story of how much I didn't want to buy from them and said he'd do everything he could to win back my loyalty. He did. He worked magic with all the rebates etc. Which allowed him to give us a ridiculously high trade - in value for our vehicle. He was friendly, totally didn't pressure us, and patiently walked us through every possible option so that we could get the perfect truck with a realistic budget. The business manager was crazy busy so there was a significant wait, (for which she apologized with a "to go" mug.) After I was finally able to see her, she also worked some magic with financing as I was trying to qualify with my own moderate income instead of my husband's. We added a few options which were installed quickly and professionally. After we left, we noticed a couple cosmetic flaws on our brand new truck. Even though they weren't even noticeable, we were booked right away for free repairs. This was such a positive experience I am willing to forgive and forget the first experience I had at this dealership. More
