He answered all the questions I had. After doing a search, the dealership did not have the van we were looking for, however, they found one at another dealership in Calgary and was able to secure the transfer to Airdrie Chrysler. Steve was there along every step of the way and did so with a smile. Jen Delorme assisted us with the financing portion of our van purchase and was great as well. We got the van a few days later and Steve was kind enough to follow up with us and see how we were liking our new van purchase.
