Excellent Dealer I visited a couple dealerships after they said based on my trade in they could hit my price point. After driving 3 hour round trip they were no where I visited a couple dealerships after they said based on my trade in they could hit my price point. After driving 3 hour round trip they were no where close to what they had said. I continued to look and found a truck at airdrie dodge and decided to call and ask a few questions. I am from out of province and did not want to waste my time driving all the way down there without a final price. I got Ron Down as my salesman and he was excellent I gave him all my information about my trade and he quote a price, after a few conversations with Ron and the finance team I was given a final price that I was happy with. There was no pressure by them at all. I was buying from out of province and they were excellent in answering my many phone calls to get the deal done. This is the first dealership I have ever dealt with that would give me a final price, and when I walked in to sign the papers the numbers were exactly as discussed. I cannot stress enough about how great it is to be able to walk into the dealership and know exactly what to expect. When I went to pick up the truck Clark explained all the details of the loan and answered all my questions about extended warranty in the future. Ron then explained all the features and showed me how to use them before I was on my way. I am more than pleased by the way the team at airdire dodge operates and presents themselves. Sales with honesty The wife and I went to Airdrie Chrysler to buy a 2013 Chrysler C. I told Ron our salesman I had a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to trade and a budget, He couldn' The wife and I went to Airdrie Chrysler to buy a 2013 Chrysler C. I told Ron our salesman I had a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to trade and a budget, He couldn't see the Jeep as it was in Calgary for hail repair.He took the info and talked to the sales manager. We waited hoping our budget would be enough, we really loved the car. To our great amazement they came back with a price that was one third of my mentioned budget. They could have taken my offer and I would have thought I got a good deal. That kind of fairness these days was unexpected and greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. I see below in this review that I can put in how many dealerships I visited. Ryan Ully Used Sales Airdrie Dodge I bought a Van off Ryan about 6 years ago, have to say he was fairly easy to deal with, fast forward 6 years and we were in a bind as I totally my Tr I bought a Van off Ryan about 6 years ago, have to say he was fairly easy to deal with, fast forward 6 years and we were in a bind as I totally my Truck and called Ryan and told him what I was thinking of getting, He called me back and I told him that I was tired of car shopping and was going to postpone my purchase unless there was something that I couldn't refuse, Well Ryan called back and told me to look at a Dodge Journey 2014, It was something I thought about but didn't look too hard, we came in for a test drive and he explained everything to us and we were pretty happy as he were looking at Hyundai Santa Fe earlier and they were priced slightly higher but had the same features as this Journey, we asked for Winter tires and got them along with new rims and everything including the warranty were explained in great detail. I have to say I am very happy that I decided to go back to Airdrie Dodge as everyone from Ryan to the Finance Department were very helpful, look forward to bringing in the vehicle for regular service. Ram 1500 Originally went in as saw a different truck online that I was interested in.
