Upon delivery he helped me with every concern that I had. As when the vehicle was delivered the detail was fair and there were chips and a ding that was not noted to me upon delivery. Daryk did very well in handling my concerns and we were able to come to a compromise. The Used Sales Manager was ok to deal with but was hard at times in regards to mannerism towards concerns I had when I picked up my vehicle. There was a lack in communication between him and the sales person, but that was resolved and am overall happy with the vehicle that I purchased. More

When I picked up my vehicle, he was drove me over to the registry to get my plate and went through the vehicle with me and all of it's options. Steve's got a passion for vehicles and it shows. Clark Hamilton was also excellent in Finance. Very efficient and answered all of my questions. If anybody is debating getting the SRT vs. the next trim down..get the SRT!! No one else even came close! I have bought over 11 vehicles in the past 10 years. I am no stranger to it or the process. After explaining my needs to Jeffre MacDonald. He gave me some options and ideas. With his expert knowledge of the product, my decision on my new used Chrysler 300S was a no brainer. The car is so sweet! I have not owned a 300 since 2010. The changes they made to the new 300's are nothing short of spectacular!!! I traded in my old Charger SRT8 for a more modern, practical, sexy ride. The whole deal went down extremely fast. Chris and Clark in finance were fantastic to deal with. Chris in finance phone me by the time I walked in my door to tell me I was approved. The service from the staff is superb! As I have said, I bought a ton of vehicles and lost my mind, patience and everything else that goes with the "typical" "I just want to buy a car". But, Airdrie Dodge is amazing. I absolutely loved that there were no hidden fees that used to always make the final price of my cars jump up 5 grand!!! My wife and I will be doing all our future vehicle trades there. We returned to the dealership in February 2015 and Jeffre was more than willing to work with us in getting us a very good trade in value and then in showing us another vehicle in our price range and with the features that we wanted. Overall what could have been a frustrating experience with our initial purchase was actually very smoothly resolved and we are enjoying our 'new' 2012 Jeep.
