Excellent overall sales experience! As usual we were treated with excellent care and attention by TG. As a returning client TG remembered the little things including our preferences and details of the car when delivered. Our work with the Business Manager however was NOT Good. We informed our insurance agent of the change of vehicles in advance to warn him of the purchase. Our business manager sent paperwork to us which we forwarded on. The paperwork was no legible, so it caused a few issues. My agent called him and emailed him the day before delivery for clarification and the Business Manager did not bother calling him back or even opening the email (Read receipts are a beautiful thing!). I called the business manager the day of delivery and was told he was not available. I left him a voicemail and he did not bother to call me back either. Assuming that no news was good news, and everything was in order my wife and I went down for our 6PM appointment for the delivery of the car. To our surprise the insurance information was not in place. Another Business Manager did the best he could and attempted to make some concessions, but I was mad. We did pick up the car the next day, but this was not acceptable customer care. It's one thing to make a mistake when doing your job which I can generally always accept, it's quite another to ignore your clients and choose not to do your job!!!! More

No one else even came close! I have bought over 11 vehicles in the past 10 years. I am no stranger to it or the process. After explaining my needs to Jeffre MacDonald. He gave me some options and ideas. With his expert knowledge of the product, my decision on my new used Chrysler 300S was a no brainer. The car is so sweet! I have not owned a 300 since 2010. The changes they made to the new 300's are nothing short of spectacular!!! I traded in my old Charger SRT8 for a more modern, practical, sexy ride. The whole deal went down extremely fast. Chris and Clark in finance were fantastic to deal with. Chris in finance phone me by the time I walked in my door to tell me I was approved. The service from the staff is superb! As I have said, I bought a ton of vehicles and lost my mind, patience and everything else that goes with the "typical" "I just want to buy a car". But, Airdrie Dodge is amazing. I absolutely loved that there were no hidden fees that used to always make the final price of my cars jump up 5 grand!!! My wife and I will be doing all our future vehicle trades there. It is just awesome to finally see a dealer who can actually offer the service that can match the the high caliber and quality that only Dodge and Chrysler can produce. We had previously sealed a deal with Jeffre back in October 2014 and unfortunately that vehicle did not work out as we had hoped. We returned to the dealership in February 2015 and Jeffre was more than willing to work with us in getting us a very good trade in value and then in showing us another vehicle in our price range and with the features that we wanted. Overall what could have been a frustrating experience with our initial purchase was actually very smoothly resolved and we are enjoying our 'new' 2012 Jeep.
