An amazing experience for my first vehicle purchase! I am not sure why I initially chose Airdrie Dodge as the dealership I wanted to work with for my first new vehicle purchase, but it was an incredible I am not sure why I initially chose Airdrie Dodge as the dealership I wanted to work with for my first new vehicle purchase, but it was an incredible experience! Sean was the salesman I worked with from the first email about a quote on a Jeep Patriot I had built through Jeep.ca, to the final paperwork. He replied fast and was very helpful. He saw my specs and let me know that they had something similar on the lot if I was interested. He never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into a vehicle that was more than what I wanted. We booked a meeting and the rest is history! He was incredibly accommodating in helping me be able to drive my jeep off the lot that day and not wait a few days, which made me incredibly happy. Chris, the finance guy I worked with, was also incredible. He helped secure my financing with a lower interest rate than originally quoted. Both Sean and Chris were incredibly helpful, and I would recommend Airdrie Dodge to anyone! More

Excellent overall sales experience! As usual we were treated with excellent care and attention by TG. As a returning client TG remembered the little things including our preferences and As usual we were treated with excellent care and attention by TG. As a returning client TG remembered the little things including our preferences and details of the car when delivered. Our work with the Business Manager however was NOT Good. We informed our insurance agent of the change of vehicles in advance to warn him of the purchase. Our business manager sent paperwork to us which we forwarded on. The paperwork was no legible, so it caused a few issues. My agent called him and emailed him the day before delivery for clarification and the Business Manager did not bother calling him back or even opening the email (Read receipts are a beautiful thing!). I called the business manager the day of delivery and was told he was not available. I left him a voicemail and he did not bother to call me back either. Assuming that no news was good news, and everything was in order my wife and I went down for our 6PM appointment for the delivery of the car. To our surprise the insurance information was not in place. Another Business Manager did the best he could and attempted to make some concessions, but I was mad. We did pick up the car the next day, but this was not acceptable customer care. It's one thing to make a mistake when doing your job which I can generally always accept, it's quite another to ignore your clients and choose not to do your job!!!! More

Upon delivery he helped me with every concern that I had. As when the vehicle was delivered the detail was fair and there were chips and a ding that was not noted to me upon delivery. Daryk did very well in handling my concerns and we were able to come to a compromise. The Used Sales Manager was ok to deal with but was hard at times in regards to mannerism towards concerns I had when I picked up my vehicle. There was a lack in communication between him and the sales person, but that was resolved and am overall happy with the vehicle that I purchased. More

Steve kept me updated where my 2015 JEEP SRT was from the factory to when it was delivered. Took pictures of it for me after it got off the truck in Airdrie. When I picked up my vehicle, he was drove me over to the registry to get my plate and went through the vehicle with me and all of it's options. Steve's got a passion for vehicles and it shows. Clark Hamilton was also excellent in Finance. Very efficient and answered all of my questions. If anybody is debating getting the SRT vs. the next trim down..get the SRT!!
