I was looking for prices and information but was pretty sticky on a few extras that were important to me. Right from the start of our conversation, Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't steer me away from my needs to add extra fluff that wasn't important to me or upsell extras that would in turn cost me more money. I was apprehensive about getting a mini-van and looking like a typical 'Soccer Mom' Steve and I joked about this but he really ensured me what a great option it was for my lifestyle and family. I found him to be straightforward and to the point. Most importantly as a single woman walking into a dealership I wasn't made to feel like I needed someone there to cut through the typical salesman tactics to make my purchase.
