Was a little disappointed when the vehicle we went to look at was not there but Jeffre found us a very similar and better one that we ever expected to have. Jeffre explained everything in great detail and both Chris and Clark were efficient in getting all the financial stuff dealt with. All the employees were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The only disappointment we had was with the website. Whoever is responsible for updating the website should be more efficent at updating it when a vehicle is sold. Also some of the details on the website are very deceiving. It gives you a financial calculator with the 72, 60 mths options ect... but that is not the case depending on what year the vehicle you are buying is. It should only give you the options that are actually available for that specific vehicle. Also on the vehicle we bought, online it stated that it had a one yr subscription to Sirius radio, which we found out was not the case either. That is only available on new models. It should not be in the description if it is not available for the vehicle you are looking at. Other than that our experience with Airdrie Dodge was good. I would recommend it to a friend. More

Salesmen listened to what we were looking for and nicely push us to test drive a couple of vehicles to see what we liked. They were also willing to deal with you which was nice. Made him sweat a little. On the negative side the showroom is small and cramped. Waiting room could use an update. I think this is just because of a lack of space. In the long run if it keeps the prices low I really do t mind. This is why I ranked it a 4. Would of ranked a 4.5 but could not see that option. I would recommend this deal ship to others for sure. This was the best experience my wife and I have had at any airdire dealership. Next test will be to see how the service department is. More
