Buyer Beware!!! Decided not to purchase truck, felt it wasn't the truck for me. Initially gave them a $500 deposit to hold unit, then over the weekend. Then called the following Monday to let them know I changed my mind not to purchase truck and they would not refund the deposit. Was told by General sales manager that the offer to purchase was a legal binding document and was binded to purchase truck, said the money is in an account whenever I wanted to buy another vehicle, I then said I wasn't purchasing a vehicle from them. Then was told that " then I guess you loose your deposit!!" Those were his exact words!! Who the hell do they think they are to just keep someone's hard earned money!!! Bunch of slime balls!!!!! The salesman was good to deal with, but management sucks!!!! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and never had this happen. I have told a lot of people to just keep driving south to Calgary. Just floors me that they would treat somebody like this.!!! More
